Due to the personalized nature of our products, all items are made-to-order.
1. Non-returnable items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@lumememo.shop with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
3. Order cancellation & changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Returns (if applicable)
Returns are only accepted for non-custom items. Customers must contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. European Union customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
6. Color & preview disclaimer
Due to differences in screen displays and the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color or design may occur and are not considered defects.
7. Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
8. Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
